Key Requirements:
Eco-Restoration: Repair 3m² riverbed per ton extracted (modeled on Guizhou's "extraction-restoration balance")
Labor Protection: Child labor ban + mandatory shock-absorbing footwear
Certification Labels:
Blue (natural river sourcing) | Green (>70% recycled) | Gold (cultural heritage e.g. Rain Flower Stone)
